Der Informationszugang nach dem Informationsfreiheitsgesetz ist nicht deshalb rechtsmissbräuchlich, weil der Antragsteller zahlreiche Informationsanträge stellt. Dies hat das BVerwG entschieden (Az. 10 C 24.19).
