Änderung des DBA Lettland

Das BMF hat am 03.11.2022 das Protokoll vom 29.09.2022 zur Änderung des DBA Lettland veröffentlicht. Mit dem Änderungsprotokoll soll der abkommensrechtliche Mindeststandard des BEPS-Projekts im bilateralen Verhältnis zu Lettland umgesetzt werden.
